Just to see what would happen, we took used some earlier motion capture data to animate Santa's
skeleton. To avoid having his skeleton walk out of his body (which looks really strange), we bound
his skeleton crudely to his surface. As you can see in the video, his body deforms strangely when
he walks. Also the motion capture data (recoreded with two Microsoft Kinect units in our common
room) are unedited. The strange question-marks all over Sante are because the MotionBuilder
program didn't like his lack of surfaces...
With all those excuses we didn't think the animation looked all that bad...
