The background is build separately using the Vue software. It contains snowy hills, dark clouds
and junipers. It also contains a camera movement that must exactly match the camera movement in
the foreground. The landscape itself must naturally be modelled so that it fits correctly into the
foreground.
The video contains an early low resolution render of the background and the camera movement. It
also contains lighter and more dynamic clouds than were used in the final version of the scene.
