The so called “Imp” was another model that was eventually rejected. We needed something like a
door-stop for the hatch when it opened, and up came the idea of an Imp that had to go through the
indignity of having its rump slapped each time the hatch was opened. We really liked the model,
but ended up discarding it because it seemed impractical to have dragged a half-a-ton stone figure
to the top of a tower just to act as a door-stop. But we still have the model in our library, so
you may see it again later...
